Diving in Dahab

Camel Safaris

Thistlegorm

Dahab is, quite simply, a diving theme park.  We have something to offer divers of all skill levels and experience. Whether you are just starting out, wanting to expand your skills, or a diver with hundreds or, even, thousands of dives, Dahab has something for you.

There is fantastic diving and snorkelling in the bay just meters from our base. Its not only ideal to complete an environmental orientation or brush up on your skills, it’s also one of the best sites in Dahab for underwater photography.

Dahab’s ‘fringing reefs’ make long boat journeys unnecessary. Most of the main sites are a short drive away, others are slightly further afield and can only be reached by boat or as one of Dahab’s unique camel dive safaris.

For the more adventurous, join our regular trip to the World War II wreck, SS Thistlegorm, and world famous Ras Mohammed reefs. Alternatively, for groups, we can tailor-make a ‘liveaboard’ trip and explore the superb diving in other parts of the Red Sea.

We custom make your diving experience to suit you, your personal passions and your ability. Our team aim to make your time with us the best diving experience of your life!

Diving in Dahab

Because of the nature of diving in Dahab, an experienced guide is essential (and compulsory) to ensure the safety of divers and reef alike. Sites such as the Blue Hole have gained a worldwide reputation for being dangerous. In truth, the site isn’t dangerous if proper dive practices are observed. It is, however, dangerous to divers who don’t respect safety protocols. or who want to ‘push the limits’

These kind of divers should close this web site right now!
