Ricks Reef

Who’s Rick? We don’t know, what we do know is that he gave his name to a wonderful dive site!

Ricks Reef

Drift along Ricks Reef and be amazed by its marine diversity.

This dive is one of our favourites, it’s suitable for most levels of diver and is one of the best for spotting a wide variety marine life. Ricks Reef starts around 300 meters north of the Canyon and is normally a done as a drift, finishing at the Canyon lagoon.

This dive can be done to 30 meters, but it is often done as a shallow dive and we enjoy a relaxing dive, riding the mild current, along the reef wall to the exit point.

The incredible photo opportunities of the dive site make it a must for underwater photography. The combination of beautiful shallow reef, colourful marine life and turquoise waters will not disappoint you.
