PADI Open Water
This is the first full entry level qualification. The course is performance based and the students move on at the speed best suited to them. On completion your qualification is recognised world wide
- Duration; 3-5 days
- Prerequisites; The ability to swim and that you have no medical conditions inappropriate for diving. Click here for medical statement.
Structure;
- 5 Academic Modules
- 5 Confined Water Training Sessions
- 4 Open Water Dives.
Qualification; Open Water Diver to 18 meters
Included; Full Equipment Hire, Transportation to Dive Sites, Certification
PADI Scuba Diver
The scuba diver course is ideal for those who wish to gain a diving qualification but have limited time. Scuba diver can be upgraded to full open water on completion of the remaining modules.
- Duration; 2 days
- Prerequisites; As Open Water

Structure;
- 3 Academic Modules
- 3 Confined Water Training Sessions
- 2 Open Water Dives
Qualification; Scuba Diver to 12 meters* (must be accompanied by Dive Master or Instructor).
Included; As Open Water
*Scuba Diver can be upgraded to Open Water at any future time by completing the remaining Open Water modules and dives.
Advanced Open Water
An excellent course to do in Dahab, the advanced course moves you down to the next level of diving and takes in the best dive sites in Dahab. With your advanced certification you can do all the recreational dive sites and safaris we offer. 
- Duration; 2 days
- Prerequisites; Open water diver certification or equivalent.
Structure;
- Two core dives (Deep and Navigation)
- Three dives from the “Adventures in Diving” Manual
Qualification; Advanced Open Water diver to 30 meters
Included; Equipment, Transport, Certification
Emergency First Response (EFR)
To move onto the Rescue Course you need to have some emergency medical training. If you do not have such a qualification, the EFR course provides training in all aspects of emergency care.
- Duration; 1 Day
- Prerequisites; None, this course can be completed by all.
- Qualification; Emergency First Responder
This medical qualification is valid for 2 years after which you will need to renew your knowledge and skills.
PADI Rescue Diver
This course is a must for all committed divers. Not only does it lift your dive skills to a higher level but also gives you the ability to prevent diving problems and deal with problems should they arise. Rescue diver is also a prerequisite for the Dive Mater Course.

- Prerequisites; PADI Advanced Open Water or equivalent.

PADI Dive Master
By committing yourself to the Dive Master (DM) course you are taking the first step to becoming a professional diver. On completion you will be able to guide qualified divers, assist PADI instructors and even teach some PADI programs. In this course you have to show true mastery of the underwater world as well as the theory behind diving. This course can be a lot of fun for the diver committed to becoming a professional but hard work for the faint hearted.
- Duration; 2 Weeks* - 2 Months
- Prerequisites; PADI Rescue Diver Qualification
- Current EFR certificate or other allowable
- Medical qualification
- 20 Logged Dives
